Are you an experienced and successful Quantity Surveyor, looking for a new challenge? Are you experienced working on GBP20m+ projects Commercially? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for Quantity Surveyor in the Kettering area. Our client is one of the UK's leading construction groups. Typically, their projects range in value from GBP15m to GBP100m, with the odd exception. They consistently work in a large array of sectors, including Industrial and Commercial.
The successful candidate will have a proven background within Quantity Surveying. Experience of working on high projects of GBP10m+ in value. You will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building projects. Experience of working on Design & Build projects is preferential.
Responsibilities include:
Sub-Contract procurement
Cost Control
CVRs
Client Interface, Liaison and Managing Variations
