Manpower are currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator to join the team in Hoveringham!
DUTIES:
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be working within the Logistics Department and duties will include:
General admin duties
Contact site representatives of clients to confirm delivery and installation requirements
Prepare delivery notes
Contact clients site representatives to agree and amend programme dates
Dealing with customer queries
Dealing with supplier queries
Maintain the filing system
HOURS AND PAY:
Between 30-36.5 hours a week - hours can be flexible i.e 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Salary: 20-25k (DOE)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Someone who is a team player
Someone who is outgoing and able to communicate with other areas of the business, as well as suppliers and customers
Will hold GCSE's or equivalent in English and Maths
Someone who can prioritise work and work to tight deadlines
