Machine Operator

Are you a Machine Operator looking to work for a growing manufacturing company? We have a permanent role in Clacton-on-Sea for a family business with over 60 years' experience in the manufacturing industry.

Your main duty will be to set and operate the machinery in accordance with the manufacturing instructions.

Duties:

Ensure that all raw materials are correctly stored
Set/operate the machinery in accordance with guidelines
Clean all tooling directly after use and return it to the allocated safe storage area
Ensure that all areas are kept clean, tidy, and unobstructed at all times
Observe all Departmental Procedures and applicable Working Practices
This is a physically demanding role
Must be willing to work shifts, early, lates and nights
Experience required:

Experience with moulding presses and sintering ovens would be advantageous
Any know of screw extrusion machinery would be beneficial
Knowledge of process engineering
Desire to work in a manufacturing environment
