My client a popular restaurant are seeking a competent Head Chef with flair, motivation and a real passion for food. This establishment has a 80 cover restaurant and outside seating in the summer. The restaurant serves outstanding seasonal food with great service whilst retaining a relaxed restaurant atmosphere. The style is contemporary British cuisine with everything made in-house from scratch. The kitchen makes the most of the best fresh local produce available with particular attention to food provenance, this kitchen is always busy!

My client is seeking a head chef who is a strong leader and has a passion to deliver exceptional food and standards expected throughout the company.
The successful applicant will drive the business forward along with developing their team, controlling stock and managing hygiene due diligence.
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated professional chef with a sound knowledge of contemporary cooking, good all round kitchen skills, attention to detail and a real passion to push food levels through the roof
A minimum of 5 years experience at Head Chef level with a solid career history
