It's an exciting time for you to join this team, they have just expanded with a new unit and followed this up by investing in three new CNC machines as well. With work from new and existing clients flooding in they are on a recruitment drive, with 3 new starters already in 2022. They are a privately owned sub contract manufacturer, the owners are time served machinist themselves and have put blood sweat and tears in to the business, and still to the day jump on the machines to help the team out if required.
How does an early finish on a Friday sound?? You'll be done by 2pm on Fridays unless you want to get involved with the overtime which is paid at 1.5 of your hourly rate.... You can also pick up some extra hours on Saturdays as well if you would like too.
The role will require you to programme, set and operate CNC lathes machines. The machines have fanuc/haas control but all controls will be considered. You will be working with various metallic materials in this role.
