Concept Care Practice is a well established Nursing and Social Care agency, providing temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to all sectors of the care industry.
Due to increased shift requests from one of our clients, a learning disability care provider based in Oxfordshire, we are looking for experienced Support Workers to undertake temporary agency assignments (Days, Nights and Sleep-in shifts) within their services in various Oxfordshire locations

Requirements:
Previous experience in learning disabilities and autism
Experience in challenging behaviour and lone working is desirable
Experience in medication administration is an advantage
Good communications skills
Empathetic and professional attitude to work
The ability to work shifts
Drivers desirable
