Complex Care Nurse (Must have experience in Tracheostomy Care)
Complex Care service in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire
GBP34,895 - GBP38,298 per annum
Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Complex Care Nurse to join a complex care service in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire.
Our client provide a psychology led multi-disciplinary treatment model to deliver a high quality, specialist service for people who have a neuro disability or acquired brain injury.
The service has 3 units:
Unit One - Providing longer term care for residents with complex care needs including tracheostomies, ventilation. (22 Beds)
Unit Two - a Rehabilitation Unit delivering a programme following brain injury, to enable them to become as independent as possible. (14 beds)
Unit Three - For residents who have conditions that require longer term care (23 beds)
Package for the Complex Care Nurse but not limited to:
GBP34,895 - GBP38,298 per annum
Welcome bonus and retention bonus - GBP1,000 after probation, GBP1,000 after 12 months and GBP1,000 after two years.
Full-time or part time hours
Reimbursement for NMC registration fees
Clear pay structure, with competitive rates
Relocation allowance of up to GBP8000
Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Support for revalidation
Support to study for a MSc
Professional support through Nurses forum
Generous annual leave entitlement
Sick pay of 4 weeks full pay and 4 weeks half pay

Complex Care Nurse requirements/duties:
RGN qualification
Acting as Primary Nurse, taking overall responsibility for the nursing input residents receive, through nursing assessments and care planning.
Contributing towards MDT working, risk assessment management and a programme of on-going clinical improvement
Providing written nursing reports for a range of statutory and clinical review processes
