Trainee Architectural Technician
An independent housebuilder who create bespoke family homes throughout the Western Region are looking to expand the technical team as sales continue to come. They are a long running company who work on a lovely mix of housetypes.
Working in a dedicated team you will assist with working drawing information, constriction information keeping to timescales. You will accompany Senior members of staff on site visits and work with external consultants.
This would suit someone who holds a BSc in Architectural Technology or HNC within Construction who has strong AutoCAD skills. You will have an understanding of construction legislations and hold a full UK driving licence.
