We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a Kent based Consultancy who are looking to expand their current Cost Management team.
Our client offer Project Management, Programme Management, Construction Management and Cost Management services to a selected group of retail clients in London and surrounding areas.
They have been established for the last circa 20 years and are in a position of growth with a strong pipeline of proejcts.
Job Responsibilities:
Delivering projects from inception through to completion providing cost management duties to their clients including pre-contract, procurement, contract admin, cost reporting and final account.
Support and mentoring to junior staff.
Advise client and design teams on cost, value and risk.
What they are looking for:
Degree qualified, MRICS status or working towards.
Consultancy background with strong client facing skills.
Experience working on retail projects.
