Job Title: Events Co-ordinators wanted
Location: St Albans
Job Type: Temporary Contract from 22nd August to end of September with training dates of Friday 12th August or Monday 15th August
Hours: 37.5 hours per week 2 shifts available Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm and 12.30pm-8pm (we will also consider part time hours) please note you will need to be available on Saturday 3rd September
Hourly rate: GBP11.59 per hour
THE COMPANY:
Our St Albans based client are looking for a high number of events staff to join them on a temporary basis for a six week period. If you are available for the above dates and are confident and enthusiastic, please contact us today to discuss these vacancies in more detail.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Excelllent communication skills
Strong customer service skills. Friendly, helpful and approachable
Event Coordinators Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting guests
Showing all visitors around the site
Manage queues etc
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) pro rata
weekly pay
Free parking on site
