Cranleigh STEM Recruitment are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading Manufacturing company who are seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead a positive HSE culture throughout the workforce and bring practical HSE solutions to the day to day operations of the business. This position offers the right candidate full autonomy, flexibility and a chance to make your own mark within the role.
The successful candidate will be NEBOSH qualified and ideally have experience within the Manufacturing (or similar) sector.
HSE Manager Responsibilities and Duties:
To provide Health & Safety expertise to develop, influence and promote a positive Health & Safety culture throughout the business
To undertake Risk Assessment Method Statements and Site Inspections as and when required
To keep up to date with current legislation and ensure correct protocol is being followed
To implement and maintain ISO management systemsHSE Manager Experience and Qualifications required:
NEBOSH General (minimum)
Experience within the Manufacturing (desirable)
A hunger and passion to drive a positive Health & Safety culture
