Behaviour Mentor
Milestone Education are currently recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to work within a SEMH provision in the Hinckley area - starting in September.
The school offer referral placements to children and young people aged 10 - 18yrs who have experienced difficulties within the mainstream setting. The pupils can demonstrate challenging behaviour as well a spectrum of other needs such as anxiety and attachment disorders and ADHD. Their small class sized of between 8-12 pupils allows them to ensure each student receives individual support as well as full classroom learning. To be considered for this position, you must have the following:
- Experience of working with challenging behaviour.
- Experience working with children with additional needs.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Driven and enthusiastic personality
