Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Pay Rate: Competitive

Working Hours: Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 - 40 hours per week

Location: Edinburgh

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• To have basic knowledge of multi-disciplined trades
• Landscaping duties including weeding, power washing, gritting, grass cutting and tree maintenance
• General building repairs
• Provide support to other in house trades or complete other trade tasks, where deemed competent including minor plumbing repairs, tilling, painting and decorating and wet trades.
• Support project teams refurbishment works
• Support site engineer in undertaking maintenance works including legionella checks and building fabric maintenance.
• Escort suppliers around the site

About You:

• Experience In General Building Trades.
• CSCS Skills card.
• Previous experience working within the FM environment.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Previous experience working within building maintenance, projects and minor works environment.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Full disclosure is a contractual requirement.

This role will require Disclosure Scotland Clearance. Baseline or other similar security clearance may also be required.

Employment offer subject to the candidate passing Scottish Police Authority Vetting.
