WHAT YOU LL DO
No two days are the same, but chances are you ll be:
Managing all-round store and team operations
Motivating and coaching the team to provide an outstanding shopping experience
Taking the lead on trainings and team development, recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Assisting Stylists in resolving customer service issues
Overseeing inventory control and regular communication with the corporate office
