Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join our passionate and driven team in Vicon House!

Job Title: Financial Accountant

Salary: Competitive

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:30 - 37.5 hours per week

Location: Vicon House

Immediate start

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of the statutory accounts for all UK entities (2 audited, 18 subsidiaries).
  • Holding Co-management accounts (posting in Dynamics).
  • Upload holding and corporate accounts to the Group consolidation tool Magnitude (Hold co s and Corporate).
  • Magnitude intercompany recs (resolve any variances if possible/liaise with relevant FC s).
  • Maintenance of the MBR crib sheet - File used.
  • Prepare Monthly Board slides - CFO Presentation to UK board.
  • Prepare Monthly MBR - 60 Slide presentation by CFO to Global board.
  • Analysis of UK consolidated data and key metrics.
  • Quarterly tax reporting (preparation of the model for Tax managers review).
  • QIP (quarterly instalment working - similar to quarterly tax reporting, prepare for Tax manager review).
  • Consolidation of Group budget/MTP including upload to Magnitude.
  • Completion of quarterly "Outlook" forecast.
  • Ad hoc reporting for Corporate FC/CFO.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/ACT qualified.
  • Experience producing stat accounts.
  • Highly competent in Excel.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
  • Confident communicator, with the ability to articulate financial information and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Independent thinker, keen problem solver with a can do attitude.
  • Experience using finance systems ideally MS dynamics.
