Property manager

Reeds Rains are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager based in our Chorley Branch

Reeds Rains established in 1868 forms an integral part of the LSL Property Services Group. With estate agency branches across the country we are a nationally recognised brand and one of the most innovative and award winning property services providers.

The right candidate will be positive, ambitious and naturally enthusiastic with a can-do attitude. You will be required to look after our managed let and let only portfolios, pro-actively work with the management team to source new development opportunities, maintain inventories of fixtures and fittings related to each property and ensure verification at scheduled inspection visits, maintain a system for tracking and scheduling property maintenance.

Your previous experience and excellent organisational skills will enable you to provide professional Property Management support to our clients and professional partners alike.

This is a challenging role which is ideal for someone who thrives on working in a fast moving challenging environment. You will need to demonstrate a varied range of skills, be highly organized, self-motivated and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

This is a full time role to include Saturdays on a rota basis. Full training and ongoing training provided.
