Our client is a leading distribution company based in Laindon, Essex who offer storage, distribution of various products across the UK & Europe.
Have you operated forklift trucks in a deep sea container groupage environment?
The position is demanding therefore candidate must be physically fit and requires good attention to detail.
Duties:
Loading and unloading cases from containers
Handballing containers
Keeping records of stock incl. monthly stock take
Keeping paperwork up to date
Keeping work areas clean and tidy - warehouses and training area
General warehouse duties
Role will be 80% handballing and 20% forklift work
Working hours varied between 7am-5pm plus overtime where required
40 hours per week
Full time position
Forklift licence required
Salary between GBP23k-GBP25k dependent on experience
