Office Manager - GBP30,000 per annum - Aztec West

Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for a lively, enthusiastic individual to join our Bristol office as an Office Manager.

Package and benefits of an Office Manager:

  • Salary: GBP30,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm

Responsibilities of an Office Manager:

  • Overseeing the performance of the Administration desk
  • Providing a semi-PA service to company directors
  • Training and overseeing junior administrators
  • Involvement in ongoing ad hoc projects
  • Reporting directly to team managers and company directors
  • Supporting directors with facility and maintenance management
  • Acting as first response for all internal IT problems
  • Acting as a 'super-user' and showcasing strong working knowledge of in house systems
  • Supporting management with ad hoc tasks; market research, internal audits, stationery orders, references
  • Organising new starter's equipment and HR/payroll documentation
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Reformatting candidate CV's into a generic red format
  • Processing temporary workers hours

Skills of an Office Manager:

  • Experience working as an Office Manager, PA or Senior Administrator
  • Experience working within a recruitment environment (Desirable)
  • Team Player
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload
  • Excellent ability to multitask, and have a flexible working approach
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
