Business Support Assistant

Location: Ascot

Salary: GBP22,000 - GBP24,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am till 5:30pm

The purpose of the Business Support Assistant is to provide effective support to the Business Support Team across a variety of operational support functions, ensuring all company processes and standards are followed. We are looking for a strong Administrator to join the team.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Assisting in the accurate input of all sales orders into the ERP system ensuring orders are delivered as per the customers requirements

Supporting the Sales Order Administrator in monitoring the rejection of orders and back orders, liaising with the sales team to ensure queries or errors are resolved quickly and efficiently

Working closely with the Sales Order Administrator to resolve order entry errors and escalate when required

Post customer Invoices in the ERP system, print and match invoices to customer purchase orders checking before invoices are sent out

Assisting in sending out monthly statements to customers ensuring these are sent out in a timely manner

Assist the Financial Accountant with timely and effective collection activities

Accurately posting of bank transactions into the ERP system on a daily basis ensuring posted in a timely manner

Assist in accurate input of supplier invoices, ensuring they have been authorised as per the authorisation chart.

Additional Position Requirements

Ad hoc support to the Sales Order Administrator in their daily duties as and when required

Ad hoc support to the Financial Accountant in their daily duties as and when required

Support the whole business support team with general administrative tasks
