FACTORY OPERATIVE
Brook Street are excited to be working once again with Walkers Shortbread, who have been a renowned & established household name in Scotland and across the globe for over 100 years. Our mission is to recruit Factory Operatives to help carry on this proud tradition.
THE ROLE
In the role, you will work as part of a team to ensure that tasks and operations in the factory run smoothly. Following the highest of safety and hygiene standards, much of the work will be situated by conveyor belts, while also developing a range of key skills to allow rotation within your department.
IDEAL CANDIDATES:
- Be able to work to a high standard of hygiene and health & safety
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Have good attention to detail
- Adaptable and flexible, able to work in a team in an at times physically demanding position
- Able to follow instructions, written and spoken
