Claims Handler

The successful Claims Handler will be responsible for;

• Taking initial enquires from Claimants who have had road traffic accidents
• Assessing prospects and advising accordingly
• Adhering to work source specific SLAs
• Submission of Claim Notification Forms to the system
• Providing administrative support to ensure progression of files
• Consistently delivering excellent customer service
• To manage appropriately and breaches in line with company, regulatory, legislative requirements involving appropriate stakeholders where necessary

Claims Handlers will need;

• A calm and conservative manner
• The desire to build a long-term career within the claims industry
• Experience of working in a telephony-based service role desirable but not necessarily needed
• To provide each customer with 5 service
• The ability to deal with customers who have recently been in an accident, patience is key
• GCSE C or equivalent in Maths and English
