This is an exciting opportunity for you to use your knowledge, experience and ideas to manage all aspects of the revenue generation and cost control on a beautiful Holiday Park
Your Role
You will need to develop an in-depth understanding of the commercial aspects of all our operational businesses on the park, this includes:
Responsible for preparing and managing budgets in food and beverage, arcade and gaming
Maximise all business opportunities
Manage all costings across the park
Develop and coach the Teams in Food & Beverage and Retail
Promote the highest level of guest experience to all our guests within the teams
Work closely with the other managers on the park as well as other areas of the business, gaining an understanding of what drives their side of the business and how you can help them with commercial information
Bank Holiday and Weekend work is essential
Skills, experience and qualities
I am looking for an ambitious, commercially focused manager who can demonstrate the following:
Experience in leading Food & Beverage operations
Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering new strategies and opportunities
Excellent leadership, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to motivate as well as clearly communicate detail
A track record in leading and developing teams and managing performance
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
Numerate and comfortable with commercial information and detailed financial analysis
Excellent organisational skills
Ambitious and determined, with a proven record of self-driven achievement
A willingness to be hands-on when needed, with a good helping of common sense and humour
