Team Leader

We currently have an opportunity for a Barista Maestro (team leader) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a passionate and customer focused individual to join the UKs favourite coffee brand.

As a Barista Maestro you will be responsible for:

To lead shifts when assigned by the Store Manager, taking responsibility for delivering brand standards in:

Cash management

Opening and closing the store/preparing for the shift to brand standard

Ordering consumables/food

Monitoring/delivering service to brand standard

Ensuring our service standards are met by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and food products in a friendly, fast paced and upbeat environment

Delivering a high level of customer service and interaction

Training all team members to Barista level

Health & Safety/Food Safety checks

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate for this role will have:

Excellent communication skills

Barista experience

Good organisational skills with the ability to plan training

Passion for coffee standards and brand excellence

Supervisory experience (desirable)

As a Costa Coffee Barista Maestro you'll be delivering the best coffee experience to every guest along with the highest levels of customer service
