In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of Country Managers responsible for developing country product strategies and leading their execution. You will be responsible for ensuring a cohesive, clearly prioritized, global strategy that synthesizes the needs of the various countries and identifies priorities based on business impact and for ensuring the wider team is executing effectively. You will help set up a framework to determine the appropriate size and configuration of a country team for each market that ensures a positive return on investment in a way that is clearly measurable. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with leaders in other functional areas (marketing, sales, client services, finance), coaching and unblocking country managers when necessary. You will also work in partnership with Product leadership within the International Business Unit to help develop an international product vision for Indeed.

Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate a coherent global strategy that clearly identifies and prioritizes product needs and business opportunities across markets.
Lead and grow a team of talented country managers, coaching them to become strong multidisciplinary leaders.
Collaborate with product leaders within our organization to align on product priorities and strategy
Drive alignment with go-to-market functional leaders across our international markets.
Provide effective written and verbal updates regarding our country strategies and key outcomes to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Define clear goals and business objectives for the country teams
Ensure effective execution and professional excellence across the wider team

Who You Are
Extensive experience running business and product operations internationally
Extensive product strategy experience including launching or expanding products internationally (experience in the tech industry is a plus)
Ability to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives
Prior experience in management consulting; ability to creatively solve problems by adapting frameworks or existing practices to create useful solutions.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coaching others in doing so
Ability to communicate and influence senior leaders and coaching others in doing so
Demonstrated data-driven decision making and the ability to translate complex data into actions and improvements.
Nice to haves
Demonstrated success nurturing and growing geographically distributed teams
Experience with two-sided digital marketplaces
Financial acumen with business analysis and experience delivering financial results.
