Bodyshop Manager
Bodyshop Manager required for busy accident repair centre based in Warrington.
As a Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for controlling the daily running of a busy Bodyshop and estimating, leading the workshop team and parts. This is a dual role which will be varied for example:
Manage all day-to-day body shop operations
Provide all customers and insurers with accurate estimates based on their costings.
Control all KPIS for all work providers and insurance approvals to a high standard
Head all daily production meetings and produce a daily completion list.
Allocate all daily jobs fairly and correctly to body shop technicians based on their individual skills.
Control staff performance and quality of final repair.
Support and assist front reception on all aspects of operations.
Communicate with all customers and resolve any complaints that may arise and resolve satisfactorily.
Maintaining agreed key to key and cycle times.
Working with technicians to ensure a safe method of repair is achieved.
Control parts purchases and all consumables.
Create and analyse all monthly figures to discuss with the Managing Director.
Liaise with all staff and customers on the daily progress of all vehicles.
Sharing best practices with all staff, controlling the business to hit monthly targets.
Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are in place and always maintained.
You will be an Bodyshop Manager with a previous experience of working within a bodyshop environment. Applicants from a workshop control, estimating or supervisory roles will be considered. ATA and Audatex certification preferred but not essential as further training can be provided
