Page Personnel are supporting a global and highly successful organisation based in Newtown with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a busy and expanding HR team.
This role offers a mix of office and home working.
Description
Working alongside a HR Business Partner, this is an exciting, generalist HR Advisor role, dealing with all aspects of the employee life cycle and also supporting with HR projects.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Provide advise and guidance to stakeholders regarding HR policies and procedures
Support with employee relations casework
Support line managers with recruitment
Support line managers with performance reviews
Support with change management projects
HR reporting and KPIs
Support with HR ProjectsProfile
Suitable candidates for this role will either be proven HR Advisors looking for a new challenge.
Alternatively, you maybe a HR Assistant/Coordinator, looking for a move into a HR Advisor role.
