About the role

We are currently recruiting a Customer Onboarding Assistant to join our Customer Onboarding team, providing support to empty properties quickly and re-let efficiently. Making it a smooth process for our customers moving into their new home.

 

· Take ownership of enquires into the team, sign posting to colleagues in the onboarding team, other teams or organisations where appropriate.

· Be responsible for checking rent & charges are correct at re-let and updating our housing management system where necessary.

· Prepare and coordinate onboarding documentation, as requested.

· Responsible for the onboarding mailbox, directing and allocating items to coordinators or other teams as necessary.

· Make referrals on behalf of Onboarding Co-ordinators to internal and/or external support services promptly and liaise with the relevant teams to monitor that the customer receives appropriate support to sustain their tenancy.

· Create and maintain property adverts on relevant CBL platforms or request nominations from local authorities.

· Chair weekly void meetings, ensuring all necessary agenda items are covered and communication between the teams is maintained.

 

 

What we’re looking for:

· Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with strong IT and Microsoft Office skills

· Experience in a similar role in voids & lettings or tenancy management services would be advantageous.

· Experience in a customer service environment.

· Experience delivering outstanding customer focussed services.

· Strong data management skills

· Competent IT User
