PAY SCALE 5 POINTS 12 TO 17 (£22,571 - £24,920) prorata to days & weeks worked
Starting salary pro rata for 27 hours approx. £14,095
Starting salary pro rata for 37 hours approx. £19,315
NB: This includes paid annual leave allowance.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive individual to manage student attendance. You will oversee all attendance data on SIMs, ensuring all class registers are received, that any absence information is accurate (eg lateness, medical appointments) and keep a record of weekly attendance percentages. You will also manage the creation and distribution of attendance letters, including term-time holiday requests and Penalty Notice Fines where necessary.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to handle a busy and fast paced workload and have strong communication skills. You need to be able to work with large volumes of data and be comfortable producing statistical reports to be shared with the relevant staff groups. Any experience in an office based role will be helpful but not essential as training will be provided.
