Change Management / HR Project Advisor Fully Remote

My Client, a well known Charity are looking to recruit a Change Management / HR Project Advisor on a fixed term contract of 9 months with a strong possibility of being extended or even permanent.

This is truly varied generalist role and you will be responsible for providing proactive professional and business focused HR support to Directors and managers. On a day to day basis, the primary tasks include:

• Employee relations casework advice and guidance
• Supporting capability, disciplinary and grievance processes
• Sickness absence management guidance
• Employee health and wellbeing, including reasonable adjustments guidance
• Change management, including restructures and TUPE
• Undertake people projects that are aligned to Barnardo s strategic priorities.
• Delivery of HR related training

The role is fully remote so location is not an issue but you must be able to attend a monthly meeting in London and they are looking for candidates to be able to start as soon as possible.
