As Service Administrator you will be joining small and dedicated team who work together to achieve high levels of customer care. The role is full time, permanent, working on site in the office. Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm with an hour for lunch and a starting salary of GBP24,000.

Purpose of the role:To provide administrative support to the Service, ICT and calibration teams. Managing and supporting all processes around ticket tracking, warranty repairs and calibration of equipment. Supporting the Service Manager with call planning, scheduling and reporting.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Service Administrator:

  • Managing all supplier's warranty, repairs and returns
  • Responding to inbound customer requests
  • Logging service calls
  • Scheduling engineer visits
  • Maintaining calibration records for engineers' tools
  • Processing the order of spare parts within pricing guidelines
  • Providing administration support for service workshop
  • Providing data entry and helpdesk support
  • Manging customer returns
  • Shipping products to and from suppliers

Key Skills Required for the Service Administrator:

  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Solid administration skills
  • Ability to problem solve and work on your own initiative
  • Strong IT experience MS Office, in particular excel
