About our Client

Our client is a leading grower and packer of fresh produce, they have a fantastic opportunity to join their farming operation near Colchester.

About the Role

As Technical Compliance Officer you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the food safety and quality management systems. You will be lead for ethical and social responsibility on the farm. Ensuring continued SEDEX and Grasp compliance, while managing and maintaining of all Field records (e.g. spray records, planting and drilling information) You will be lead for technical and compliance audits on site. Identifying and delivering quality and technical training for the teams on the farm.

The Ideal Candidate

You will need to have a proven track record of working in a Technical Compliance role within fresh produce.

Basis registered with good agronomic pesticide application knowledge is desirable.

Good understanding of farm standards and their application e.g. RT, Leaf, Global Gap etc
