As part of their rapid expansion, they are looking for Building Surveyors to join their team, offering the chance to work in their local area, industry leading support and an attractive salary and benefits.

What we are looking for:

• Qualified AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS surveyors OR those 80% through their assessment year.
• Registered valuers with experience in similar roles.
• Attention to detail and accurate report writers.
• Those who relish independent working.
• Friendly and personable.

What you will be doing:

• Residential valuation reports.
• Private home survey inspections.
• Meet personal income targets by managing your day to day workload to maximise productivity and profitability
• Maintain service and quality requirements to company standards
• Adapt to the changing business needs of the company and our clients to utilise new products and valuation/inspection techniques
• Proactively assist in the implementation of risk management policies
