Package and Benefits of a Retentions Agent:
Salary: GBP21,240 per annum
Location: Bristol, work from home MUST LIVE IN BRISTOL
Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week
Hours: Rotating shift pattern of Monday to Friday, working between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Saturdays between 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Extra 9% of salary on top of core pay to use as you like (i.e. cash, add to pension, or choose to spend on benefits)
34 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)

Key Responsibilities of a Retentions Agent:
Being the first point of contact to customers with renewal, cancellation or upgrading queries
Providing excellent customer service, ensuring to always demonstrate the company's values
Managing inbound retention calls from customers, compliantly answering questions, and retaining and renewing customer policies
Effectively handling objections and carefully listening to customer needs
Managing collections activity by contacting existing customers who have cancelled their direct debit or missed payments to arrange payment
Providing support to colleagues and at times in other departments
Identifying potential improvements in operational processes and recommending change
Working to meet deadlines
Generating new business from existing customer base through outbound calls
Skills and Experience of a Retentions Agent:
Experience working in a customer focused environment with a passion for providing excellent service
Clear and confident communication skills in order to build rapport and go above and beyond to support customers
Outstanding persuasion and influencing skills
Ability to change personality style to suit target audience
A collaborative worker to support team and wider colleagues
Works well under pressure with the ability to bounce back from challenging conversations or situations
Great multitasking skills and able to concentrate on a task for a long period of time
