As a Branch Merchandiser your role is to potentialise the trading of the companies stores, maximising profit, sales densities and limiting markdown spend.

A great opportunity for a Branch Merchandiser- Fashion to join a leading Fashion Multi channel retailer in West Yorkshire. The company are well established and have been trading for over 30 years. They sell Fashion product across, Clothing, Accessories & Footwear and Lingerie.
Description
Driving sales and reducing markdown across key product areas. This will include store visits, weekly KPI reviews and option/depth analysis
Identifying store performance trends, risks and opportunities. Feeding back to Senior Branch merchandiser
Regular Communication with stores, Retail operations managers, Logistics and Merchandising
Ability to challenge and develop the Branch Merchandising strategy.
Management of optimised replenishment parameters
Provide a grading framework for B&M
Understand and influence enhancements to the sales and space planning process.
Form seamless relationships with Merchandising to ensure continuous feedback develops future strategy
Manage the creation of new store stock packages & proactively control stock levels after opening.
To liaise closely with senior members of the Retail, E-Commerce, and Merchandising teams to ensure an excellent understanding of current trading issues.
To regularly visit stores with Regional Managers, ensuring each store has the most commercially viable stock package
To liaise closely with key logistics functions to ensure the end-to-end stock movement process is both cost and time effective.
To identify commercial opportunities to help the business improve/achieve its targets.
Liaise with allocations team on specific Branch Merchandising actionsProfile

Clear & confident communication and presentation skills.
