Joining our enthusiastic Retail team, you ll be an important part of every visitor s day, delivering exceptional customer service across several shops and seasonal operations at Windsor Castle.
You ll greet and engage with customers, helping them with their shopping and enriching their overall experience.
The range of customers you ll serve will be vast, and their needs varied. Yet, you ll take every opportunity to maximise sales.
Many of our products are made exclusively for us, and you ll learn about the inspiration and context behind each one. And helping with various promotions, seasonal ranges and shop displays, you ll build up your knowledge and sales expertise.
And providing a service as memorable as your surroundings, you ll feel inspired to consistently deliver the very highest standards.
About you
You ve worked in a retail or customer-facing role before, and able to strike the perfect balance between sales and service, you re exactly who we re looking for.
An outstanding communicator, with a warm, enthusiastic, and friendly personality, you ll always deliver an outstanding level of customer service.
You ll also be a fantastic team player and will enjoy working with your colleagues to achieve sales targets together.
What s more, you re able to think on your feet, a key skill, considering you ll never know who ll come into the shop next.
