Telesales Agent
Remote working
We are recruiting for a small but ambitious company who are looking to add a Telesales agent to the team as the look to move into the next part of their journey.
Salary - Upto GBP25,000 DOE with OTE upto GBP60,000
Working Hours - 36 hours per week - Monday to Thursday - 08:30am - 16:30pm & Friday 08:30am - 15:00pm
Start Date - ASAP
They are keen to add an energetic, results-driven, telemarketer to generate appointments for the sales team. This is a business-to-business role. This role will involve cold calling and targeting business which have been generated through there marketing team.
This role will be fully remote working from home with the occasional travel to there office in Glenrothes once a month for team meetings. Career progression will be possible for an ambitious candidate, as they expect the business to grow quickly resulting in an expansion of the sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
Cold calls to identified target businesses
Follow up calls to key prospects identified through email campaigns
Follow up calls to prospects with outstanding proposals to close sales
Interacting with Digital Marketing Department to help produce email campaigns
Contribute ideas for social media / blog posts
Maintain, update and manage the customer database and CRM system
Regular reporting to management
Must Have:
Minimum 1 year in a sales role
Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM systems), as well as MS Office suite
Honesty and integrity
A team player with the ability to foster good working relationships
Enthusiasm, tenacity and determination
A pleasant personality and willing attitude
Motivation to bring success to the team for the benefit of all
Ability to work to targets
Proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently
