They are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to carry out a variety of accounting and office duties to support their Finance Director. This job offers huge development potential for the successful candidate.
Essential demonstrable experience candidates need:
Generating purchase invoices from purchase orders
Parts and stock support aligned to the finance and administration function
Carrying out bank reconciliations
Raising sales invoices and posting receipts from customers
Undertaking general office administration e.g., ordering supplies, scanning, filing, helping with reception duties and other ad-hoc tasks to support a team.
Candidates will have a high level of attention to detail, excellent time management, confident communication skills and will be someone that thrives in working within a small team where everyone pulls together to get the job done.
The postholder will also be our First Aider and the first point of contact for ISO9001 administration (full training will be given in both areas).
Desirable knowledge, experience and skills include:
Sage accountancy software (Ideally Sage200 however training will be given)
Prepayments and accruals
VAT, Import Air Waybills and use of Commodity Codes
DocuWare cloud document management system
Prior understanding of ISO9001 Quality Management Standard
Our client's offices are located in Brackley, and this full-time position will be solely office based. Free parking is also available.
