My client based in Basildon, Essex requires an experience Account Manager / Business Developer to join their team. They are an established and highly successful IT Managed Services Provider and have over 350 small to medium sized business clients across Essex and London.
Role:
To take on a number of existing accounts and run them effectively
To liaise with the technical support team to ensure the client receives the level of service / support required
To up sell if possible
To fully manage each client, keeping in close contact to develop productive relationships.
To take a technical support / pre sales technician with you if you are unsure of the network / system / support level required
To work closely with all members of the sales / support / customer service and management teams
To identify potential new business and, where possible develop this in to another account for you to manage
Required:
Technical support experience and a desire to be an Account Manager or Account Management experience within an IT organisation / Managed Services Provider.
Excellent communication skills
A desire to achieve set targets
Possess drive and tenacity
To be client facing and accommodating
Offered:
A starting basic salary of between GBP30k and GBP35k (negotiable)
An OTE of over GBP45k (negotiable)
Regular salary reviews
