Job Title: Territory Sales Managers - Carpet & Vinyl Flooring
Industry Sector: Flooring Products, Flooring, Flooring Retailers & Distributors, Carpet, Vinyl Flooring, LVT, Carpet Tiles and Independent Wholesalers and Retailers
Areas to be covered: IP, NR, PE, CB & NG (Newark & Grantham only)
Remuneration: GBP32,000-GBP35,000 + uncapped commission giving OTE circa GBP50,000
Benefits: GBP4 per day tax free lunch allowance, fully expensed company car & full benefits package
The role of the Area Sales Managers - Carpet & Vinyl Flooring will involve:
Field sales position selling a manufactured range of flooring products such as: carpet & vinyl floor coverings and carpet tiles
All of your time will be selling into independent flooring retailers
Initially responsible for circa 150+ customers
Revenue responsibility approx. GBP2m+
Visiting accounts on either a 4, 6 or 12 week call cycle
Account sizes will vary from GBP2,000 per annum up to GBP100,000+ turnover
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Managers - Carpet & Vinyl Flooring with:
Field sales experience with independent retail customers
Open to a flooring/ carpet retail showroom background, looking for first step into field sales for example a store manager at Carpetright, SCS and Tapa
Also open to a flooring field sales background without retail experience, such as experience of having sold into flooring contractors
Excellent communication skills
Tenacious, driven and hungry
Ideally you will have a strong need to earn
