Staff Partners Business are currently working with client in Hertfordshire who are looking a Sales Manager to join a dynamic team on a permanent basis. The company have been established for over 20 year and works with an extensive client list such as Harrods and Sky, among others .
The Sales Manager will be tasked with selling and managing up to 3-4 events annually and to make sure they all exceed sales revenue. You will manage a team of sales executives and are expected to lead by example in all aspects of work.
Job Criteria
Hit and exceed KPI targets
Creation of a sales strategy to assist in the achievement of sales targets
Business development, sourcing new clients increasing business portfolio
Development of new and existing employees
Sell further products through various conferences and events annually
Management of key accounts
Salary - GBP27,000 - GBP35,000 + dependent on experience
OTE GBP50,000+
