We are recruiting for temproary Inbound Call Handler's to work within an insurance company with training this Friday 22nd July and to begin work on Monday 25th July working till the end of August.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 till 5 ALL OFFICE BASED
Location: WS12 Cannock
Pay: GBP10.00 an hour paid weekly every Friday

THE JOB PURPOSE

To be a point of contact for insurance companies asking for claim progression.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing updates to insurance companies regarding claims
Chasing for inspection reports to update cases
Updating in house system with most up-to-date notesPERSON SPECIFICATION

Reliable, pro-active, resilient personality
Previous experience in customer services or call centre environment is preferable
Confident to handle some tough calls
