Senior Financial Adviser Support

Eden Scott are working with an award winning Investment Management firm who due to continual success are expanding the Financial Planning team across Scotland, where an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experience IFA Administrator to join their small team of professionals in Edinburgh, providing full administrative support to the advisers and ensuring the client is at the heart of what they do.

The successful candidate shall play a pivotal role in the ongoing servicing of new and existing HNW clients, assisting in collating client information, preparing illustrations, re-balancing investment portfolios, submitting new business and assisting in the compiling of financial planning and Investment proposals ahead of client meetings.

To be successful in this role you should have:

Good technical knowledge & experience working within a financial planning firm

A self-starter with excellent communication skills

Comfortable using Intelligent office with exposure to various investment platforms

A minimum of 2 years experience supporting advisers where industry exams would be advantageous
