Location: Huntington and 100% onsite work
Salary: max GBP45,000
My client is looking to hire an Account Manager at any level, junior OR senior although senior applications are a preference.
The ideally Account Manager with have OEM OR SEM experience.
This is NOT a direct sales role but simply managing current electronics accounts so more of a sales support role
Position Summary
To develop solid long-term relationships with assigned customers by fully understanding their requirements. Contribute to growing the business by maximising sales opportunities and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities & Duties
Oversee customer accounts, including negotiating contracts and agreements to optimise profit.
Engage with new / potential customers and ensure solutions / proposals meet the needs of both parties.
Provide forecasts and track key account metrics i.e. revenue, profit, OTIF delivery performance.
Ensure internal MRP system is maintained and up to date with customer requirements.
Provide customer updates on delivery and build status.
Compile and provide quotes.
As primary point of contact support any quality issues or problems and ensure resolution is reached in a timely manner.
Facilitate on-site customer visits and meetings.
Attend customer sites for meetings as and when required.
Arrange Contract Review meetings to discuss and plan customer requirements.
Serve as the key link between company and customers.
Support
The role is fully supported by Technical Sales Manager.
