Customer Service Advisor
GBP21000 per annum with the prospect to increase this to GBP27,000 within ONE year

Connect2Staff are looking for a Customer Care Agent to join a fantastic and well-established business in the Maidstone area. This is a full time, permanent role.
The position itself will involve taking calls from customers, discussing services, guiding them through documentation and processing payments.
Ideally, you will have experience working within a Customer service role, taking a high volume of incoming calls. You will also need basic administration skills and knowledge of Outlook and Word.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure important scripting is read to customers accurately
Offer products based on customers needs
Answer questions about product specifications and pricing
Work to daily/weekly targets
Explain and promote the business to prospective customers
Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into databases for mailing and billing purposes
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
Maintain working knowledge of products and services and industry developmentsSalary increase after 2 months of employment if targets are met, this is then reviewed every 3 months.
