Sales Manager
Watford
Up to GBP50,000 pa (Plus Bonus)
Here at Every Step Recruitment, Sales & Marketing, we are happy to be supporting a company based in Watford, a well-regarded and growing organisation who are looking to recruit a Sales Manager for the business on a full-time, permanent basis.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
To work towards the achievement of monthly sales targets with your Team
To identify new opportunities for business with existing leads or data supplied
Staff management of holiday requests, ensuring sufficient staffing resource in the office to manage the workload at all times
To manage all sickness and other absence issues proactively
Team recruitment, selection and interviewing
To build relationships with key customer accounts
Working alongside the Customer Service team, ensuring you and your team have picked up any referred items and resolved these
Highlighting issues and feeding back to continuously improve service
You will have the following skills & attributes:
Previous experience within a Sales Manager position and managing a sales team
People management
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Drive to achieve and meet targets
The ability to work in a pressured environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
