Email Marketing Specialist
Can you connect our leading insight services with some of the biggest brands?
We are looking for a marketing manager to create and deliver inspiring multi-channel marketing campaigns for IGD.
About the role
You ll be at the heart of the commercial marketing team, developing and delivering our customer email marketing programmes.
You re a dynamic marketing manager who can build industry leading email marketing campaigns, connecting our insight services with our customers, some of the biggest household brands in the food and consumer goods industry.
You ll already be an expert in email and digital marketing, experienced in developing test and learn strategies that can deliver continuous improvements.
And you ll have the confidence to challenge the norm in developing and optimising email automation programmes that keep our customers engaged, delivering real added value to our services.
The responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Marketing, these include:
You ll be accountable for ensuring that all of our communications are developed to the highest standards, optimised for customer engagement and that they adhere to GDPR and Data Privacy policies.
You will deliver reporting on campaign test and learn strategies, to ensure we consistently improve against our KPI s. And you ll work across all of our commercial insight services and events, collaborating with colleagues in data and insight, product marketing, acquisition, retention and internal departments to deliver your planned activity.
What you bring
A collaborative, problem-solving mindset
Great communication and engagement skills, adapting your approach for multiple stakeholders within the Marketing team and across the business
Experience developing email marketing programmes, ideally on ESP s, such as; Dotdigital Marketo, Hubspot, Emarsys or Salesforce
Experience developing email marketing strategies, ideally in a B2B business, building continuous improvements and automations to drive efficiency
The ability to work with Data, Insight and CRM teams to develop audience segmentation required in email marketing strategies
Experience working with design and technical teams to develop best practise
communications, built to optimise brand and content engagement
Knowledge of GDPR and Data protection, working Data and CRM stakeholders
