Telesales/Order Processor

They have a current need for telephone sales/order processors to join a friendly and vibrant team.
So if you are able to provide an excellent customer service experience to all incoming and outgoing calls to customers, this would be an ideal opportunity to join an established company.
Key responsibilities will include:
Manage the existing customers, alongside the external representatives
Work through an outbound call list of customers within a timely and orderly manner
Process telephone orders accurately
Assist with all other order processing processes
Handling inbound calls
Complete pricing forms for new products
Promote and up-sell monthly promotions
To be considered for this role the ideal candidate must have:
Good verbal communication skills on all levels
Customer service skills
Ability to sell
Accurate and efficient IT skills
Be a team player
Hours: 08.30 - 6pm
