Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Job type: Temporary for approx. 3 months (OR Temp to Perm. opportunity)
Start date: 2nd August
Pay rate: GBP10/hr (if permanent, GBP20-23K)
Hours: 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday (with one Saturday every four weeks with a day off in the week)
Location: Beautiful, ultra-modern offices in York city centre
Who is this suitable for? - Bright, enthusiastic individuals with some sort of customer service experience - Training provided and ongoing
The purpose of the position is to deliver first rate customer service to all customers post sale. Working within a diverse, fun and hardworking team, no two days are the same!
Issuing booking confirmations to the customer
Building relationships with customer s, delivering world class service.
Responding to email enquiries, ensuring customers have all the information they require
General administration
Contacting customer to follow-up and resolve over-due payments of balances or deposits.
Liaising with the variations team within the business.
Preparing & dispatching customer documentation
The perfect Customer Service Advisor for this role will have a really pleasant and empathetic manner with good listening & communication skills. You will have some form of customer service experience but if you haven t worked in an office environment before that s not a problem, as long as you are IT Literate and can pick things up quickly.
