HR Advisor - Woking (Hybrid) - Permanent
ARM are delighted to be hiring for a HR Advisor to join one of their highly-esteemed automotive clients in Woking on a permanent, hybrid basis.
The main focus of this role is to deliver an exceptional HR service across the business, while supporting the progressive people agenda
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for any employee relations matters, including sickness, absence, and OH referrals
Work alongside the Talent Attraction team to advise and support hiring managers on best practice regarding process, interviewing, and selection
Work closely with managers and HR Business Partners to implement organisational design
Assist with the building of robust talent and succession processes
Work with the Early Careers team to support the growth of Early Careers programmes
Support annual reward process (salary review, bonus, and benefits)
Conduct exit interviews, report on trends, and advise managers on implementation of solutions
Requirements
Previous HR Advisory experience, along with a robust knowledge or employee relations and case management
Experience working with a HR Information System
CIPD Qualified, or equivalent
Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business
Ability to prioritise and meet company deadlines
