Job Title: Inbound Call Handler
Salary: up to GBP21,000 per annum
Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire
Hours: 37.hr Monday to Friday - 8.00am - 5.00pm
Our client is a global organisation, with a family business culture employing more than 15,000 employees worldwide. In the UK, they offer many developments and training opportunities, supporting over 550 employees in the field as well as within our 13 different office locations.
Responsibilities include:
Logging a high number of calls and emails onto the CRM System, including as much information as possible
Acting as the first point of contact for our customers
Liaising with the Branches in order to provide accurate updates to Customers
Requesting billing information from Customers, to ensure invoices can be completed on time
Responding to emails in a timely manner Skills:
Passionate about giving excellent customer service.
Superb telephone manner and communication skills.
Confident in dealing with customers in a fast paced role, previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous.
Proficient user of Microsoft packages, including Outlook and experience using a CRM system.The Benefits:
